British Centuries

Based in Cumbria on the northern fringes of the Lake District, British Centuries is born of an almost thirty year obsession with all things British Folk-Art, delft, slipware and early portraiture (and more besides!). As already well-renowned and regarded dealers in British twentieth Century art, we’ve combined that experience with our passion/obsession and decades-acquired knowledge to launch British Centuries.

The available collection shown on the following pages represents that passion. Pieces from our own curated collection will be combined with newly sought out and acquired items, looking to find new custodians. As all collectors will agree, the fun is in the hunt and once bitten, it’s impossible to stop hunting; so, let’s not stop!
