19th century child’s toy walker in the form of a horse

A rare survivor, a wonderful folk-art child’s walker / toy, scratch-built in untouched “dry” condition, with beautifully patinated leather seat, pony-skin mane and tail, all sitting on a base with iron wheels. The legs are quite possibly a reuse at the time of those from a redundant child’s 18th century primitive chair.
